Informed by direct feedback from long-term care home Administrators and Executive Directors, and developed in collaboration with residents, OARC’s research-informed toolkit supports and inspires new ways of thinking and doing with residents, with a focus on home operations. The toolkit has been designed to meet teams wherever they are on their quality improvement and culture change journey.

Complete with practical tips, tools, and guides, this toolkit will help inspire confidence in both residents and home leadership to work together in shaping a home that benefits everyone.
